Jim Perniciaro, Associate

A Troy native, Jim, is an experienced member of the Heer Realty team. In his two years with Heer Realty, Jim has soared to become one of the top selling agents in the area. Jim has also earned the title of a “2021’s, Top Agent Award: Most Prominent Agent”.

Prior to joining the Heer Realty team, Jim earned a degree in Mortuary Science through Hudson Valley Community College, and currently serves the Lansingburgh, Wynantskill and surrounding communities as a funeral director. Jim’s lifelong residency and dedication to the communities he serves has given him a great deal of knowledge of the local area which will help serve all of his client’s needs.
