Office Procedures & Prerequisites for Home Buyers and Sellers

If not known by agency all customers, (buyers or sellers) shall show proof of identification.  Buyers and seller are not required to sign a buyer broker contract although are encouraged.  All buyers must provide proof of funds or pre approval before being shown property.  Same day showings of property are not advised and 12 hr notice would be suggested.
